"Most amazing experience, super dog friendly and staff are very welcoming and was very nice and welcoming to my dog. They had a dog menu at the pub which was really nice. The room was so beautiful I wanted to stay longer. The bathroom design is so unique loved it very much. Definitely coming back soon. I had a welcome card and some treats on the desk for me and had a dog package with a really nice shampoo and some dog treats along with a bed and feeding bowls already in the room before I came...

"The staff were unbelievable during our stay at Brentwood Holiday Inn on 14th to the 15th March. It was the first time staying with our 8 month daughter. The staff provided a cot that was clean and comfortable. Pauline the hotel suoervisor and her morning staff were so accomdating, kind and lovely they were just such an amazing example of how people in the hospitality industry should be. "

"Great hotel. Friendly welcome and quick check in. Large spacious room with Dyson fan included which was needed on a hot night. My room was on the front so some traffic noise but that doesn’t bother me. It’s a 10 min walk to Gidea Park station for trains in to London. Ery convenient location and a great price. There’s also a Micropub opposite which is worth a visit. "

"This is my second stay at Novotel London Stansted, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean, shower hot and bed comfy. Had an evening meal in the restaurant where all staff exhibited first class customer service, being friendly, chatty and interested. Evening meal was great and the bread & butter pudding with Creme anglaise desert absolutely divine. Breakfast was just as good and plentiful. Quick and easy...

"Very comfortable hotel. The area was actually well connected with the Elizabeth line despite being in zone 4, so convenient to go to the centre. The breakfast a bit basic but nice overall. Staff really nice and lovely, they let me check in earlier."
