"The Ulsterville Residences was an amazing stay. The apartment is clean, well stocked with basic spices and oils and all the kitchen accessories you will need. There is a clothes washer which was a luxury for a trip full of hotel stays and laundry detergent. The owners really make you feel like a family member."

"We felt like we had stepped back in time to the era of grand Victorian hotels. I literally gasped we walked in. The rooms were spacious and extavangantly decorated; we even had turn down service. The dining room was beautiful. We had afternoon tea and felt like grand ladies. The staff were so sweet and understanding of our Amercan questions. The bar was hopping and we loved exploring the cocktails."

Also hotel right in centre of the shops which was very convenient, lively atmosphere and great courtyard for drinks and entertainment. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Belfast."

"This hotel is generally fine, but big. Expensive. Impersonal. The hotel treats its guests differently. There was a group of tourist allowed to eat continental breakfast at 7.00 am on Saturday, we were sent away to come back at 7.30, which was too late for us for the flight home. Different rules for different guests."

"Great overall experience, the employees were accommodating and professional, and the breakfast was well worth it, our only issue with our room (#16 on the top floor) was significantly warmer than the rest of the hotel and all we had was a little fan that barely had an impact for cooling. If you want a cooler room don’t go with room #16."
