"The room was clean, spacious and bright. It made for a lovely girls night away. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from bars, boutiques and shops on the Lisburn Road. There's even a lovely little cafe called The Mad Hatter just a few doors down. Overnight, there's access to vending machines which I thought was a nice touch and definitely handy in a pinch."

"Great location! We went to Truffles every morning for breakfast. Located on Sandy row which is a very interesting walk. Everything is nearby including excellent restaurants and pubs. Staff were great, knowledgeable and helpful. "

"Not gonna lie—the stairs weren’t fun! But everything else made up for it. The rooms were cute, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing night. We took a walk and found an amazing spot for dinner just down the street—honestly the best meal of our whole trip. Breakfast at the hotel was quick, tasty, and just what we needed to start the day. It's a charming little place, and we'd definitely stay again if we're in the area!"

"Great location - very easy to get from Europa Bus Centre. Overall, I had a great stay - small rooms, so be prepared, but that’s obvious from the description and pictures. I stayed just as the COVID crisis began, and the staff were incredibly helpful in asking questions and helping visitors. I was OK with the room being cleaned every 3 days, but I would be nice to have a central trash bin for food trash (so that it doesn’t stay in the room for 3 days). "The family room was very spacious and the bathroom with corner bathtub and shower cubicle also a good size. The staff were all very friendly and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. Bottles of water and tea, coffee and biscuits were replenished each day and we had a few drinks from the bar each night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again on my next belfast visit."
