"The property is fine, close to the university on a residential street - safe area to walk around. Breakfast was good - restaurant was closed on Monday night so there was limited choice in the bar. I was in the annex. There were no restrictors on the window so I wouldn't leave it open at night. The room was chilly and the bathroom was quite dilapidated. The kitchenette was handy (cooker, fridge) and there was a little table to eat or work at. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water. It was fine but not 4*"

"Upon arrival our checkin was nice and easy with the room cards waiting for us ,our room was very clean and refreshed daily ,our room was also very quiet giving us a good nights sleep ,staff were very polite. We plan to return ti Belfast in the near future and will stay here again as its a nice location for getting out around the city"
