"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. Been to many different hotel around the world, this is the worse."

"The hotel is well placed for visiting Nottingham and with good parking facilities close by. There are also some decent pubs near by to eat at and in walking distance a range of eateries, etc. The room that I stayed at was clean but small, but as a single traveller adequate. The shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits and the tv was adequate. The staff were all helpful, friendly and efficient. "The room was dirty including the ‘clean’ bedding which was hairy. The bed was built by Ikea flat pack and someone’s hopes and dreams which did not come true - it creaked with every move!
