"The design of the room bathroom was very awkward. The showers had clear glass doors open to living space offering no privacy. Got really hard for us chose it again"

"Great place to stay. Great Pool and Hot tub, However the flooring by the pool/Hot tub was very slippery. My suggestion don't use the tile that is in there but a pool side rougher material. So you do not end up with a lawsuit from someone slipping. Other than that, we really were pleased with our stay."

"The room that I booked was not what I received. The room was booked solely for the bathtub. They gave a regular room and bathtub was missing the plug. Make it not usable. One is what I booked and one picture is what I got."

"The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of options for adults as well as kids. Dining area was always clean. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only about 20 mins away from the airport and 10 mins away from major shopping outlets. My only complaint with the property was that room service had to be booked in advance which I wish I knew sooner because we were traveling with an infant and needed the room cleaned at least once. "The hotel is always nice whenever I stay here. My children and I usually come for a little getaway. The pool is really nice and, although it is operated by a different company, hotel guests are still able to swim for free. We also enjoyed using the basketball court and dining at the hotel restaurant, which is always good"

"Housekeeping was super nice. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had post covid. A lot of places went to strictly prepackaged stuff but they had a different breakfast both days we were there which was refreshing. My daughter loved the herb potatoes. Having a crib on site was extremely appreciated and helpful. The indoor pool was nice since we had rain. It gave my daughter something to do after being in a car for 8 hours. We had a good stay."

"Clean room. Stayed only 1 night. Left before breakfast was served. Nice bed. Pillows are very soft. I would have preferred a little more firmness to them. Convenient to different eating establishments and the airport."
