"Very nice Hampton Inn! The breakfast was great, the pool was heated, great restaraunts close by. The front desk was helpful and very friendly."

"Clean enough, but staff weren't helpful. Ice machines on all floors were not working. AC in our room was set to 60 but it was blowing HOT AIR when we woke up. Called so many times and there was nothing they could do about the air, couldn't even change rooms."

"Upon walking in the lobby has a welcoming atmosphere and front desk staff ready to help. Check in was quick, the price was unbelievably affordable, especially for location, and the room was above expectations. Bedding smelled fresh and clean, breakfast was amazing compared to other complimentary buffet-style breakfasts I've experienced. Check out was quick and easy. I look forward to staying again and at other Hyatt locations. "

"This hotel was incredibly clean and had very friendly staff. I needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate me in my same room. The hotel offers plenty of parking, a restaurant, and easy access to the nearby freeways. Would definitely stay again."

"Front desk was very busy. The young lady handled herself very well. My only negative is she is so soft spoken it is very hard to hear her. Even my 14 year old commented on the fact he appreciated how helpful she was when he went down later, he just wished he could hear what she’s saying better and I had not even mentioned my thoughts. He too said soft spoken. She did excellent, was polite, knowledgeable and helpful, she is just quiet."

"Anteriormente me he hospedado en este hotel, y debo decir que las instalaciones han decaído notablemente. El baño de mi habitación no funcionaba bien el lavamanos ni la regadera, la administración pudiera prestar mas atención a estos detalles. El personal siempre muy amable y atento. El desayuno es una gran plus y cuenta con bastante variedad de alimentos. El hotel está muy cercano al mall y opciones para comer y movilizarse en transporte público. El estacionamiento también es un plus."
