"I had a private room with ensuite (Room 205). The room was very clean, and up-to-date. The television was excellent with multiple channels including several sports channels. "The air conditioner worked well and quietly. Public transportation was available close by. Each apartment is located in various buildings, so your experience may not be the same. Ours was in the basement of a building with very steep stairs that less-fit people may not have been able to handle. Otherwise, it was a fully equipped room with everything we would need for a longer stay."
