"Our room was clean when we arrived, but housekeeping didn't clean while we were out sightseeing the whole day. We had to ask for towels. The breakfast was good with a nice variety and well maintained. We asked the man at the front desk for someplace nearby to get food since we arrived around 7pm. He said he didn't know of anywhere close, but offered a phone number to order a pizza for delivery. That was a bust as they didn't answer the phone and when we tried to order online, they didn't deliver...

"The amenities there are rather old and the wall is not too sound-proofing. Despite we were a party of 3, the glasses, tumblers and sets of towels were provided in the quantity of two only. After making a request at the front desk, only extra towels were provided. There are no kettle or cutlery in the room. They never replaced your used glasses with clean ones either.
