"The Casino looked good, I don't gamble. We did get two full size instead of a king. But other than that it was good. That should force people to pay for garage ticket prior to getting to gate for exit. Several people had trouble learning how to work the past at the gate."

"From the moment we entered. Staff was not cheerful or helpful especially for someone’s first time in Las Vegas. Price was extremely over-priced for stay. Hotel isn’t a 3 star but a 2 star hotel and only reason I state 2 is because the housekeeping lady was very helpful. Bought chip a hoy cookie in vending machine and it was expired from 2 years ago. 07.18.2024 exactly. When I checked out and told staff about it downstairs they didn’t do nothing but look at me with their mouth open. They shouldn’t be promoting expired things because it isn’t healthy. Horrible. Won’t stay there again. No smoking signs everywhere but when you enter the room there’s an ash tray. Help me make sense a bit? Lol. Complete joke of a stay."
