"Pretty decent hotel for the price. But noisey. Take this into consideration if your a light sleeper. Obviously, it's near where all the night life is. So this was expected."

"The Downtown Grand is in the perfect place; one block away from the Fremont Experience. The Fremont Experience has a variety of music, entertainment, and food. The Downtown Grand is also steps from the Mob Museum."

"It’s smaller than the big casinos but is comfortable and had the slot machines I enjoy playing. Only disappointment was they did not pay out nothing, Was there 4 nights 5 days and didn’t hit not once. Very disappointing."

"We walked in a couple months ago through the hotel and really liked the vibe in there so I decided on our next trip to book it. However, I had no idea this was a haunted hotel and was surprised when we checked in. It was a little freaky finding out the day of check in, but the staff was great. First time saying on fremont."

"Everything was very good except for parking, website indicates is free in property. But it is valet, I forgot jackets and I can not go to my car to get them my self. Every time I have to go out I have to tip the valet. That was the only bad part"

"We arrived in town very late, around 2am. We came to Vegas for doctors visits as we live in rural Nevada. Check in was easy through the kiosk. From the kiosk it asked if we wanted upgrade. I was excited about an upgrade. HOWEVER, we got to the room and the tub had puke and there was cigarette ashes in the sink. If it wasn’t for the fact that my husband and daughter walked in and passed out immediately from exhaustion I would have packed up and left right then. I let my family sleep till around...

"Great stay. Was a bit run down but staff was great. Would recommend Oscar's for dinner and Hash House for breakfast."

She was extremely helpful in response to the tons of questions we had and to everyone else in the lobby. Her smooth multi tasking should be recognized! Shawn, the shuttle driver also went up and beyond expectations! Thank you for an exceptional stay!"
