"Great location for Freemont street. Pool was loud, too many rules, not relaxing, hard to get a chair and drinks way overpriced. My machine had an error, I had to find someone - Noone came to me after hitting the service request button. Took over 30 minutes."

"Upon arrival, the property made a great first impression — the lobby was beautiful and the atmosphere was welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once we got to our room. The bathroom had someone else’s hair still in the shower, there were what appeared to be boogers and scuff marks on the wall next to the bed. Not the standard you expect when checking into a hotel. They informed us that she could not come up to my room unless she had an ID which she did not have it with her they then insisted that she leave the hotel and casino and to not come back which I thought was extremely rude they said I'm not allowed any guests unless they show ID at the desk which I thought was ridiculous and I think it's also against the law or at least that's...

"None of the rooms are quiet due to the proximity to the Freemont Street Experience. Building is very old, furniture was dated. They do offer no resort fees and free parking. Shower fixtures were very nice. Staff was friendly. They tend to push the "haunted" narrative, probably great if you want a ghost hunting experience, was not a good choice for business travel."

"I liked the hotel was close t Fremont but far enough away it wasn’t noisy. The room was clean the bathroom was clean we had a handicap room so the counter space was limited I’m guessing that’s for the wheelchair access. I’m guessing the regular rooms have better counter space. The only complaint I have is the lack of plugs to charge things. There was a charge station for plugging in accessories but they did not work well. Minor inconvenience. Overall it was a great room the beds were comfortable...

"Hotel check in was a nightmare, lobby staff were rude and unprofessional. Went to Las Vegas for a 21st birthday party with 12 people everywhere we went we were met with great hospitality, everywhere but the Golden Nugget we will never stay here again!"

"Would not recommend. Parking lot made me feel extremely unsafe. Was unaware my room would be above a bar and night club. Was expected to pass through the parking lot multiple times just to check in and then go back through to go through the club entrance. Ended up not even staying. Reserved elsewhere."

"Staff was amazing. Room is small. No microwave or coffee pot. Bathroom is renovated. So pretty. But wicked small. Don't know what we pay the 38$ per night resort fee for. On top of Room fee of 40$ per night .... Doesn't have pool, spa or gym. Not sure what they consider a resort these days..."

"Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Did not eat in casino another customer gave me horrible reviews on the restaurants. The pool wasn’t heated. It was like going in an ice bath."
