He is always smiling, consistently checks in to see how you’re doing, and no matter the question, he always has a solution. That kind of leadership really shows—his team works well together, and the respect among them is clear. From Daveen at check-in, to Devon Davidson who escorted us, and Shane personally attending to our needs, the service was exceptional across the board. The bar service, overall hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity—go experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed."

"I had such a great experience at Iberostar Resort! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent and very easy to access, so everything felt convenient and stress free. The breakfast was a highlight fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. I also really enjoyed the complimentary drinks, which added a fun and relaxing touch to the stay. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back. "I would never recommend this property. It is dated and worn out. The food was terrible and yet somehow everything tasted the same. We couldn’t even try some of the restaurants on property because they were either closed or no reservations available. The 2 hot tubs we saw were filthy and damaged. Snorkeling from the beach was literally the only redeeming quality for this resort. This experience was so bad that I wouldn’t trust any Couples Resort moving forward. If you are looking for a quiet and romantic experience, this is not the property for you…LOUD music every single night late into the night. The beach was dirty. There really was nothing good about this place aside from what we got to see while snorkeling just beyond the beach area. "
