"Property is beautiful, it also has a lot of activities.It's very kids friendly as they have a kids club where you can leave your little kiddos, for the adults, they have sports bar, nightclub, restaurants, but the property is huge, so there is a lot of walking."

Upon arrival around 1:00 PM, we were encouraged to upgrade to the Signature Level and were told our rooms would be ready within a few minutes. However, when we checked back at 3:00 PM, we were informed that the rooms were still being cleaned and that no estimated completion time could be provided. "We had a great time overall. We loved the decor, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and the food was great. The entertainment at the pool was fun but we found our selves looking for more things to do in the evening. We understand the hotel is newer and they still need to add more options so we just made the most of it and had an amazing time either way."

"My experience was really great as a solo traveler for my birthday. The staff were very helpful with whatever i needed and answered questions. The room was cleaned everyday. The pools are amazing. You must try the spa!!!! That massage was top tier."

"The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort."

"Heads up people the s hotel is indeed a hotel so its much smaller, hence the s stands for small, than your average resort. So it definitely has its pros and cons. Pros being everything is pretty easy to locate and fast to get to. You can literally get anywhere in or on the hotel property in 5 minutes or less. With that being said you can utilize basically every part of the s hotel every day with ease! The food was far better tasting than most food I've had at bigger resorts as well for sure! The...

"This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!"
