Despite website detailing fully refundable, it is not "permitted" when through a third party such as Expedia. Not even one penny or a credit - total 8 days unused - no response while at the resort but a very quick denial of any credit immediately after check out. "The hotel was nice, close to the beach only cross the street you’re reach doctor cave beach. They have variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel room is clean, the staff will come every day to clean it. Staffs are very nice and helpful. But one thing they don’t have elevators which will be convenience for families who have toddlers."
