"This property does need some upgrades the customer service is horrible. The elevators and phone was down and we had no way to contact front desk for anything or housekeeping. I need to know if it's a way to contact front desk if there was an emergency."

Depending on which type of accommodation you stay in, we stayed in the Queen of Sheba family hut. Very spacious, alot fun but rustic. "The place was so clean and well kept. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Pool and jacuzzi was very clean. We extended an extra day and the General Manager Mr. Vassell was very helpful with that. We appreciate everyone, even the grounds worker that would pass and say good morning and chat with my kids.
