"if you stay on the family side you have to know there are places you cannot use on the adult side like restaurants and events. This is not clear on the website."

The entertainment at the pool was fun but we found our selves looking for more things to do in the evening. We understand the hotel is newer and they still need to add more options so we just made the most of it and had an amazing time either way."

"Staying at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was a great and grand experience! All of the employees were very nice, welcoming, professional, and overall the resort was simply beautiful and amazing! The food was superb, delicious, and amazingly great! I would recommend anyone to reside at the Grand Palladium if they are going to visit Jamaica!"

"The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort."

"Heard alot of mixed reviews about this hotel but BOOK THE TRIP. It was my birthday and I got a free upgraded room with sea view. The staff is good, food is good, I even felt nauseous and was offered tea etc. The only issue I had was entertainment, didn't spot any clubs etc but overall 4/5 rating. Would definitely come back, the room & jacuzzi was my favorite part:)."

"Heads up people the s hotel is indeed a hotel so its much smaller, hence the s stands for small, than your average resort. So it definitely has its pros and cons. Pros being everything is pretty easy to locate and fast to get to. You can literally get anywhere in or on the hotel property in 5 minutes or less. With that being said you can utilize basically every part of the s hotel every day with ease! The food was far better tasting than most food I've had at bigger resorts as well for sure! The...

"This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!"
