Then we were told we had to Wait until the next day between 3-5 for a room switch. In the mean time we had to move all our belongings to a family room. "The room was pretty; however, the loveseat was torn and unusable as a pull out bed. We didn't need it for that, but for those who would need it, a no go. We even spoke to a lady who was snorkeling that said hers was torn also and that it took 4 hours for her to get sheets for it. That they just kept telling her to call back when her kid only wanted to go to bed. I understand that the staff need to do their best to sell you things, that is understandable. "Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!"
