"Travelled with our 2 kids, 5 and 4. The best amenity is the kids club. The staff there are very good and connect with the kids well. I cannot say the same for the remaining staff. The security personnel would pass a smile and say hello. Outside of that the other staff seem unhappy to be there. Not welcoming and buffet staff don't even want to speak more than a word, rarely saw a smile. Out of all their restaurants the Italian was the only good one, others were very average. I had to ask for...

"This is a phenomenal property, it is maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant's food is AMAZING, the curried goat portions were much small and we were disappointed especially because it was so good. This is definitely a property we will be visiting again"

"The property is simple great! The rooms all have balconies and very clean. The beautiful crystal clear warm ocean, white sand, delicious food, wonderful staff that always there to help with anything you need, the natural vibe of the place AND the sunset OMG - I loved it! Small, calm resort - I’ve been to several all-inclusive resorts on the island, I definitely prefer Cocolapalm. Already planning my next trip there."

"Always a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and the resort is eclectic and filled with African Art. My children really loved the infinity pool with the view and the beach area. We love that the Queen of Sheba as it has so much space to easily accommodate a big group. The property is quiet and peaceful. You definitely need to be fit to be able to move around the property. "Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!"
