When the cleaning staff came to clean, they left the same dirty pillow cases on. Also, the towels and rags were not as clean. It looked used. The taxis were expensive from the hotel. "

"3.5 ⭐ – Good stay overall Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very good food. Be aware the hotel is not directly on the beach — you need to cross the strip (staff assist), and beach chairs cost extra. Minibar could be better stocked with local beer options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just important to know what to expect."

"Wonderful until I was charged $30 for damaging 2 washclothes. Not happy. I used 1 washcloth to clean up coffee I spilled in the coffee tray while trying to pour a cup of coffee!!! The other was used to wash off máscara! Im not happy at all. I have never heard of such BS. I will never go to anyothere RIU Hotel/ resort again. I was told that is why they have housekeepers. Never again!"
