We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it was perfect for our needs. A lovely welcome from the friendly staff, a clean and tidy bed and bath room, and a location that was a few minutes walk to the subway and a short ride on the subway into central Manhattan. Would definitely stay again.

Overall was great, housekeeping was great. Special recognition to Ashley from the front desk. She was very helpful and kind. I would have gave 5 stars, but we had a little issue with hot water in the shower. We were told that it happens because too many people showering at once
