"Very conveniently located next to the court square station. Easy to get to manhattan, and only one train from Penn station which makes it so easy when arriving and departing. I felt safe in the neighborhood and the room was spacious. I love white noise and city sounds when I sleep, so it didn’t bother me that the subway line was next to my window. "This room was exactly as advertised! For hotels in New York, we were pleased with our stay and the value. The only downsides are that it was difficult to get the key/lock to work, it took a long time to get hot water, and the outlets were old, so it was difficult to keep something plugged in. Overall, however, the check in process was easy. The room felt clean, and it had a great window AC unit! Such a great location as well."

"This is an old gem. Our room was like a small studio apt. We had a full kitchenette with apartment size fridge/freezer and a small table eh 2 chairs. We were on the second floor. The decor is dated but who cares. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The location is fabulous. Note that it is a very busy area and you will hear street noise but it quieted down when we went to bed around midnight. I would stay here again."

"For the price what I got was disappointing. The TV was falling off its hinges, the toilet paper roll holder was broken and the fire extinguisher had a plastic bag over it. The only positive thing is the location and spaciousness of the room. For the price I expected a bit more"
