"The pictures and reviews make this place look way better than reality. This is a seedy hotel that I wouldn’t have taken my daughter to if the reviews were accurate. We were chased to our room my teenage boys wanting to talk to my daughter. They kept knocking, but stopped after 10-15 minutes. We didn’t feel safe and figured the front desk wouldn’t so anything. "I was very unpleased by this stay. The receptionist was so rude and cold which made it feel so unwelcoming. She charged me $5 to park my vehicle which I’ve never even heard of considering their lot was next to a closed down restaurant and was empty. Our room was so dirty- mold on the bathroom walls and floors. The shower definitely wasn’t clean. My friend’s room had someone else’s vibrator on the floor when they entered. "Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms."

"Garbage, filthy, rooms smell and are likely not clean. Some type of renovation going on in the lobby. The whole building should be condensed and demolished. If I could give no stars I would. Front desk told me they couldn’t give me more than 1 extra packet of creamer. The place is giving hostel, no exaggeration. Can not believe I paid almost $200 to stay there. "
