"This is my go to spot to stay when I’m back in Springfield, visiting family and friends. Once again, it did not disappoint. Especially want to give a shout-out to the crew that did the cleanup from the recent snowstorm. They did excellent snow removal. The staff was there during the snowstorm and I could tell some people were working hard to cover shifts. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently in the housekeeping staff from very friendly. The front desk people were accommodating, even when I kept forgetting my key! The gym is really nice and I used it during the day. They also have laundry facility so I didn’t have to go to the local laundromat during the week."
