"Security room door lock was pried off of door frame/room safe was without lock & key. Advertised pool was completely non-functional and blocked off from guests. Parking attendants wrecklously moving cars almost hitting me & wife yelling at people…

"Arrived in the evening to find two men arguing near the pool, almost ready to fight. Two other men were relieving themselves next to the BBQ in front of our unit. At 2:30 in the morning another group were outside of our room si going. The walls are incredibly thin. The room above use had children running and playing ball for three straight days. Guest Services actually said the couldn’t do anything. Place is not well managed. Would never recommend to anyone."

"Everything was great! The beach, shopping, wineries, restaurants are all within 10 minutes away. Uber prices were high, but we also needed a vehicle for 5. We didn't use the kitchen amenities, but could be s great bonus to avoid dining out every meal. The pool area had nice cabanas and public bathroom, so you didn't have to walk back to your cottage. We didn't use the fire pit but the area was nice. I would love to stay again!"
