"The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. The building has great amenities, including a fantastic, large rooftop level with lounge and awesome view of NYC skyline. I’m a New Yorker, but I would do this again in a heartbeat! "The hotel itself was very nice. A lot to do in and out the hotel. Room had a good view. I won’t nitpick only gonna mention the relevant dislikes. No room service/housekeeping. Check in process was strange and invasive. We found roaches in the bathroom and crawling on the wall by our bed. I have multiple pictures. Utensils and cooking ware came with a little bit of a smell as well."

"The motel was more modern than most wildwood motels. Overall, very clean and the maid service was friendly. However, the room smelled like mold. There were dryer sheets hanging from the vents. Lastly, the hotel manager was grumpy. I hate to write anything negative about people because I am also in customer service and try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But in the 5 days we were there, she was grumpy all those days!"

"A lot of cleaning involved in order to avoid “additional fees”. I am not a messy person but there is certain things I’d rather not do while I’m on vacation and having to pay for a luxury room."

Since it was prepaid we had to use three hours over phone explaining this to hotels.com before they were convinced and provided us a similar hotel."

"The window screen was loose and very noisy! The towels are thin and grayish, was there for 4 days, coffee is for one day. Not worth the money. Also, it wasn’t clear if parking is free which is important for my stay. I paid 28 dollars more per day. Overall, not worth the money I paid for my stay "

"The bed was nice and cozy. The furnishing were on the cheap side. It felt like doll house furnishings. The most egregious part of the room were the cords that ran across the room to connect various items to an outlet."

"was going here with my whole family, kids and parents 4 adults and 2 small kids. when we arrived the hotel manager told us the rooms where unavailable and he had to move us to another location. the location didn't exist and the whole experience seems like a scam - they still charged my card! stay away at all cost."
