"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. The building has great amenities, including a fantastic, large rooftop level with lounge and awesome view of NYC skyline. I’m a New Yorker, but I would do this again in a heartbeat! "Front desk unfriendly. Never smiled once. Housekeeper walked into my unit. I had my do not disturb sign on my door handle. Room was very dusty. AC went in & out. Loved the room size & that it had a kitchen. Staff needs to be more friendly & housekeeping shouldn't just walk in your room without knocking first. I was getting up to answer the door& he was walking right in. Property itself was beautiful & quiet."
