"Apartment was excellent, great amenities and very well designed/decorated. Hotel layout took a little to memorise but bars/gym/pool area were all excellent. Great for our city break but could just as easily have stayed for 2 weeks or more. "A stunning hotel, with quirky features and really cool decor. The room was great and plenty spacious for 3 adults. The rooftop bar was a beautiful setting for pre dinner drinks. "Great place to stay! They have great coffee offered all day. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is delicious. They're a close walk to many main areas but out of the way of major tourist areas. I arrived quiet early and they were able to have my room ready 3 hours early ( which wasnt expected but appreciated). I highly recommend! Thanks for the greay stay!"

"Really friendly staff, hotel is clean and modern, AC unit in the Room helps with the immense heat in the summer. You can leave the room and press a button so the staff knows that they can go in and clean. Sometimes they would knock and ask if you need something, really forthcoming. Staff at the reception is really competent and friendly, our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they fixed it quickly and even brought our stuff to our room. Gym and pool are nice, Lobby is really luxurious...

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
