Overall great hotel, with pool and in the vicinity of the ocean as well as great restaurants. A 25 minutes walk to Cascais centre along the beach. Fantastic good breakfast and extraordinary service from the hotel clerks. Although the spa was not completely satisfactory and could be improved.

Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful . Any issues dealt with speedily and professionally. The Italian brunch was excellent and good value , high quality food . The pool area was nice and good food available with drinks on the pool terrace . I would recommend this hotel for value and service .

I loved the Vila Gale Estoril hotel and your restaurant Manger "Manuel" was outstanding, offering great personalized service. KUDOS to Manuel. We are currently at the Vila Gale in Porto. The property looks dated and it needs some upgrades, the smell of sewage is not pleasant they have to fix this problem. The breakfast was good, nothing special but ok. We had the best view of the ocean from our room on the 8th floor, it makes sense to pay extra for this view. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, especially at the front desk. Andrew and his crew was the best, very helpful!

We stayed one night and enjoyed the local beach and restaurants. Hotel was perfectly situated. We found our room clean but it was a little dated but overall just fine. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delish at the buffet for dinner and breakfast.

Excellent staff (esp. the breakfast restaurant)

Although the fittings of the room is a little bit outdated, it was still offering comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was wonderful in terms of quality and variety. The staff (especially “Ruben”) in the restaurant were also excellent expressing warm concern to us when our last day my wife couldn’t come to have the breakfast.

We had a very nice stay. I would say that breakfast was very busy and staff had a hard time keeping up with the demand. We had to wait 20 minutes for them to put more water st the buffet, which disappeared in five minutes. A fountain would make more sense rather than 4 bottles of water for the crowds! Other than that nice property and we loved the pool. Great proximity to beach and to the corniche.

The hotel was close to the train station. The bed was very good. I had a nice view on the ocean from my bedroom. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is quite old but clean. The elevators were very small so sometimes I had to wait long before I could take an elevator.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the train station Estoril. It is easy to get there from Lisbon with the train. Breakfast and dinner are good and the staff is very friendly. Sometimes the communication was difficult because some employees hardly speak English, but they were always friendly and willing to help. The pool and the gym are nice, there is also a whirlpool and a Turkish bath that we didn’t use.

I really enjoyed the Villa Galé Estoril. It is well located and close to everything you would need within the area. I felt very safe when walking at night. It is quiet area with many restaurants options. I love the themed rooms. It takes you back in time. The pool area is lovely. I did not use the pool on this trip. The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly. Check in and out was quick without any issues. I would stay here again or at any other locations. I highly recommend it.
