"Hotel was clean and quiet. Conveniently close to downtown Temecula, but not so close you have to deal with all the traffic and pedestrians. The first night we had a little hiccup....went to take a shower at night and there was no hot water. Front office was helpful and immediately switched our room because they couldn't get maintenance there until the next day. A little inconvenient, but no big deal. Breakfast is a bit sparse - cereal, bagels, frozen waffles/pancakes which you put in the toaster. No proteins, but we like to go out for breakfast anyways, so not a big deal for us. Overall this was a good place to stay, and for the price you can't beat it. We'll return when in the area."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The Villa was beautiful with a breath taking view. We spent a lot of time on patio in our villa and loved having room service there. The wine tasting room was just a short walk away and the staff was very friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant. I would highly recommend the prime rib. The wine was excellent, I loved the sparkling Pinot Grigio. I would absolutely recommend South Coast to anyone looking for the perfect wine weekend."

"Jacuzzi was filthy, property is aging everywhere. Not a true resort, food is thru a window by pool vs actual restaurant. Closes at 3pm. No lobby, snack area , no common areas like a bar, it’s really a room and the small pool. However, the views are fantastic from your patio, shuttle to go to sister property is nice. I would not recommend, you are better off at South coast."
