"The room was old, but I liked that it was clean. However, the bed was very old and extremely noisy—every time I turned over, it squeaked loudly. Also, the information at the front desk wasn’t accurate. They told us the business closed at 8:00 PM, but it actually closed at 7:00 PM."

The shower was a hot tub, shower combo that was extremely difficult for a 68 year old to get in and out of we had to request towels. "Gaia Inn was very relaxing. A peaceful setting with resort vibes. Great amenities: mini fridge in every room, complimentary bottle of wine, sparkling pool at a perfect temp & hot tub (although we had a little bit of a problem with the jets working, maintenance was out within a few hours to fix it). Pool area could use a few more patio umbrellas. Beds were comfortable, pillows could use a bit more fluff, bathroom was quite luxurious. Community kitchen was perfect, offering a nice selection...

"Overall a good experience. The room was large and well stocked. I did find some hair in the bathroom but wasn’t a big deal. The restaurant was severely understaffed, that’s the only place to get a Starbucks coffee at the moment with the cafe market being renovated and it took close to 30 mins for two coffees. One person in front of us. The shop is expensive but good if you don’t want to leave the resort. The pools were nice and staff was so friendly! Would recommend to friends and family."
