The receptionist staff were all incredibly friendly. The apartment room was stocked perfectly- with some complimentary dishwasher tablets and a washer dryer with some laundry tablets included so that I could leave at the end of my stay with all clothes washed and dried. "We booked this stay for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The lovely touches of our bags being taken to our room for us having left them earlier, the 5pm Prosecco and being able to have a cocktail brought to the room in the evening were all fab. We loved breakfast in bed and the choices suited us perfectly. The location is great - close to town and everything we wanted to do. We will are already planning to return next year! "

"i booked a standard king bed.however,they use 2 single beds put together.and this causes discomfort because there is a hole in the middle of the bed.an ordinary hotel and should not get 4 stars.housekeeping is not clean.the room still has trash on it floor."
