"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Glass cutting board was very unpleasant to use and no designated place in the bathroom to hang towels but everything else was very orderly and when we had a clog in our shower, utility services helped us out very quickly and cleanly."

"Our favourite hotel in Manchester! This was the 4th time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we visit Manchester. Absolutely love the continental breakfast, the bar is well stocked and it's so relaxing to sit with a drink in the bar area, the staff are always friendly, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and have everything you need for a short stay, the beds are super comfy!"

It stated 1 king bed and 1 double bed for the 4 of us but it was 1 bed and a sofa bed which pulled out to 2 singles. I think maybe this is an error on the expedias side though. "The staff was wonderful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We loved our room with the kitchen and laundry: perfect for our 9-day stay. The location was great, close to the train station and walkable to everyplace downtown. We had a bit of trouble making the washing machine work properly, but after a google search, found that this particular brand sometimes gets wonky and needs to be reset.
