"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "Lovely room we checked in early with upgrade to higher floor which was nice a/c a little noisy nice breakfast but bacon bit dried up. Hotel very close to train station which was handy to leave luggage and spend time in the city would stay again "

"The breakfast was buffet which I found excellent. My Wife who has coeliac disease was catered for extremely well by all staff who explained not only what was at the Buffet but also what could be provided by kitchen due to her condition "

"We’ve stayed here 4 times over the last 4 years and always enjoyed it as a great location but it was a shame to see that this year the bar and restaurant was no longer there and one of the lifts was out of service the entire weekend and when you’re on the 6th floor it wasn’t ideal as often the lifts were full so had a long wait.
