"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. "The location was conveniently close to Ōsaka station, and the area around the hotel was lively with entertainment and shopping options. Despite the nightlife outside the door, the hotel was quiet and tranquil with an excellent in-house sento. The room was spacious (by Japanese standards) and very comfortable."

"We booked the execute floor deluxe king room and it was amazing. The room was very specious with two large windows with amazing city views. The lounge had a great variety of snacks and drinks, even champagne. Breakfast was in the executive floor with a buffet and some à la carte options. Location is perfect for exploring the city with few metro stations nearby. All staff was extremely polite and helpful. Looking forward to staying at the Royal Park again."
