"We were unable to sleep in the room due to the fact it was too hot and had no air con, so we had to leave. If a hotel does not have air con it needs to be made clearer when making the booking, especially y in the summer time."

"Just an amazing stay! The staff was so helpful and personable from the time we made our reservation. The 6-7pm wine/social time was the icing on the cake. Even though the hotel is located in a very active nightlife area, we never were awakened (or even heard) any noise at all! Walkable to shopping, Albert Dock, several great restaurants and bars.
