The staff are super friendly and helped us as much as they could with all of us using Google translate for requests that were beyond their pretty good English skills and our very poor Japanese skills. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the skytree. The rooms here are by far larger than anywhere else we stayed in Japan. "This was a great choice for our family. The area was quiet but still very accessable to the Metro and jr line. We enjoyed the breakfast, it is small but sufficient and a good start to a day of sight seeing. The kitchen area has everything we needed and the bathroom and shower we're very nice. We had the bunk bed set up and our son loved having his own 'fort bed '. Would definitely stay here again"
