"This is my second stay at KLOÉ Hotel - and it remains the same beautiful, charming, comfortable hotel as I remember it to be. Service is beyond excellent - every one of the hotel staff I interacted with was warm, friendly, and helpful. KLOÉ is such a delight!"

"Rooms we stayed in were very small but in good condition and fantastic location. Amenities such as the pool were great. Breakfast was fantastic- an array of both Malaysian and western foods. The location was also fabulous (in bukit bintang) area."

"Terrible service and staff ….. we turned up all roads blocked to hotel had walk up a hill with suitcases then was put in a different room that was booked. But worst of all there was a festival outside hotel which went on until 1am the room room hooked we could not sleep or use the room anytime as was just too loud. The hotel apologised but did not offer any refunds and blamed hotels.com for not letting us know about the road closures and Malaysia biggest festival taking place. "
