"Une de mes adresses favorites quand je pars quelques jours à New-York. L'hôtel est bien placé avec plusieurs lignes de métro accessibles en quelques minutes à peine. Les chambres sont sympas et le lieu regorge de vie."

"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

"Nice hotel but nickel and dime guests to death. Rooms are clean but small."

"Parking was extremely limited. We were lucky to get a parking spot. Probably only about ten spots. Don't know where you park if they are all filled up. Breakfast was just okay, and I'm being generous. It wasn't the reason we booked it. The hotel was in walking distance of the Barclay Center for a concert. We fell safe in the building and the adjacent streets."

"Bare concrete floors in bathroom, freaking cold and it’s summer outside. How cold does that floor get at winter… Shower door needs a seal at the bottom so water doesn’t flow out in front of sink. Huge puddles flow out."

"The room and bed were excellent. The only negative was they charged $35 a day for fee that if you bought food there it would be credited. I still do not understand what this was for. "

"Booked a room for one night. Checked in and went to room, thermostat said 84 felt like 90. Went downstairs after turning AC on full and went out. Came back couple of hours later and room still at 82. Front desk said no fans or other rooms available. Slept in the sauna room cause it was late and didn’t want to switch hotels. Reached out to hotel management cause front desk and maintenance guy said to request my money back. Waiting to see if I actually get a response."

"The only complaint is, I asked for an hour of late checkout, and they couldn’t accommodate me, even after being a rewards member "

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."
