"I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room. After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there. Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly."

"Breakfast: So, when I purchased the itinerary it stated breakfast included. Went for Breakfast the 2nd day of my stay, the staff looked on a list they had with who “paid” for b/f, seated us. After we done eating they came over & told us to pay $70 because they’re not apart of the hotel & a lengthy story. This is very poor communication & embarrassing for my family & I. Do better!!!"

"Property is in a reasonably safe neighborhood, reasonably clean, a little outdated with loose fixtures and broken coffee maker but I wasn't there for the amenities, I was there to have a place to lay my head and that's what it provided at a reasonable cost"

"Hi. We were interrupted from our sleep several times despite the do not disturb sign. We arrived very late after a long day and just wanted to sleep. Not in need of turn down or cleaning service. Especially from staff who did not speak English asking if we needed it or urged us to check out despite extending the stay for another 4 hours. Clearly there was a break down in communication between the front desk with housekeeping."

"The lobby looks nothing like the photo on the hotel profile. It is small and dingy. The front desk clerks sit in glass box-for security reasons. The condition of the property is rundown with attempts to cover it with some loud patterns on hallway walls and floors. Our room had a strong unpleasant smell of dirty carpet and some cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a barn door, which you can't close property. The bathroom was ok. "Staff is amazing, they upgraded us when our room wasn’t ready. But there is a mandatory fee for breakfast and alcoholic beverages that we weren’t able to use due to our schedule."

"Extremely loud- outside subway line is right out the windows and the neighborhood is super noisy not to mentioned the sketchy guests banging doors, blaring loud music and arguing at all hours of the night- wish I could give zero stars. We weren’t able to sleep at all. No dryer, no coffee maker, no closet- there is a small hanging bar but no hangers. Not clean, yuck, I wish we had left this place the minute we got there. "clean room great staff great air conditioning there is a complimentary breakfast there but I didn't really partake on it but It looked good. The only weird thing was there wasn't a full closing shower door for the shower And that took some time to get it used that. other than that great time,I would highly recommend the place"
