"Mauricio was our butler and we were overwhelmed with excitement and everything was great and I recommended you venture out and leave property and explore Cancun! The spa we went to was bamboo across the street which was only $200 for couples 90 minute massage and the food and room service is great!"

"It’s a timeshare resort with a timeshare crowd. Room and amenities are good, not amazing; just be prepared to be nickel and dimed for the all inclusive, random rules like dress codes at different times of day, etc. Decent value for the money, but not a true luxury all-inclusive experience."

"We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

"The resort itself is beautiful and large. The main pools and walk up bar are really nice. There are plenty of food options all day. At one of our dinners we did have an issue where we found a little creature on our desert but we were impressed at how the staff handled the situation right away. They were kind and very apologetic."

"Property was amazing, staff were wonderful, and the food was better than expected. Only gripe we had was the AC in our room was not working properly. We requested maintenance to come and take a look and they trouble-shooted the issue with no solution. The room continued to be hot and humid throughout the stay. Other than that issue, the GR Solaris Caribe was a hit with us. The App was fairly good just needed a few tweaks. "
