"The best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Decided to do the extra experiences at the restaurants which was delicious. The chef came out and did a wonderful presentation. We also did two excursions. One for Isla Mujeres and a Deep Water Fishing. The fish we caught during our fishing trip was cooked by the chef just for us. We had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was very attentive and helpful."

"Everything was amazing, we loved entire aesthetic. However, we ran into some staff that was very helpful and some that were not. Most of our issues were with the restaurants. They would turn us around saying we needed reservations when that wasn’t true. All of the bar staff was very nice and fun. Our favorite was Juan. Kao was our favorite restaurant experience there. My friend went to Cal and loved it as well."

"Our stay was incredibly disappointing. We traveled as a group of 10 and were repeatedly treated poorly by staff. Despite being together, we were often told we could not sit together, which made the experience frustrating from the start. Customer service was terrible. Staff were rude, dismissive, and even falsely accused our group of breaking a piano without any evidence. For an all-inclusive resort, it seemed like everything required an additional charge. "This property is absolutely gorgeous. All of the workers are so nice, welcoming and helpful. It was really easy to navigate. The all inclusive is amazing, they also have a buffet everyday until 11pm. Workers constantly wanting to feed you and give you drinks (all inclusive). They just want to see you have a great time. It is beautiful at the Wyndham Grand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."

"Everyone was extremely friendly. The bar was fully stocked with great drinks and people. The staff had events going on the entire day for every day that was fun, everything was clean and our room was clean every day when we would come back In. They had signs everywhere so everything was easy to find. They gave us vouchers for each night we were there for one restaurant they had in the hotel. They had buffets and a deli open 24/7 great service and friendly staff."

"We had a good time. The pool is nice. The beach was small but they kept it free of sea weed. It's an older hotel so the wear and tear is visible. The on site restaurant is ok however the selection is limited. You are quite a ways out from the coco bongo area. But the busses stop within a few blocks if u don't Uber. We didn't get what we expected but we weren't completely let down."
