"I was not happy with my experience. Had to wait outside with no instructions how to get in when finally a guest opened the door only because he was on his way out!! Waited over 20 minutes after a long day taking trains and boat ride. They even make you pay for a bottle of water!"

"It’s very handy for the airport and a nice space, but we had room 002 behind the office and I would never recommend that room to anyone. So get it switched if they give it to you. In that room every time the door shut coming in/out of the office it shook our wall loudly. The headboard is against that wall and it physically shakes the headboard which makes it very hard to sleep. "

"Bed and bathroom were clean. The bed was not made up tight and crisp but it was obviously clean. There was not a free shuttle to the airport as was noted in the website. The airport is about 5 minutes away from the hotel and they “arranged” transportation for us for 20 euros. Definitely a convenient stay for an early morning flight. "

"The staff was very friendly and that’s where the positives end. The room was not as pictured on-line. It was about half the size of the room in the picture. We weren’t able to get extra pillows for the room, there wasn’t a shelf in the shower to place your things and no wash cloths? It certainly wasn’t worth the price paid. Would not stay there again. "

"The location is ideal if you’re flying into the Venice Marco Polo airport. The shuttle to the hotel is reasonably priced. City bus that takes you to the Venice island is nearby. The breakfast has a great variety. The rooms are very clean and plenty of space."

"The inclusion of Hotel Shuttle terminology to/from nearby Marco Polo Airport is misleading. Yes, it says there are Transfers available, but normally when a property says the same it is normally inferred they are conducted by the Property and are complimentary. Just helping to arrange Taxi service should be referred to as airport transfers."

"Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The suite was clean and spacious. There is a bar and eatery on site. It is well located and we were able to walk everywhere very easily. I would highly recommend this place to stay. 5 star!"
