"Location is SUPERB. Steps into St Marco Sq. On a basin which houses Gondolas. You can sit out on the basin and what the Gondoliers at work. So pretty. Staff were fabulous. Lovely bar and bar tender - played blues for me. Breakfast included. We had a basin view room on the corner which was beautiful. Comfy bed and good linen. I have been to Venice many times, and can highly recommend this hotel. Very romantic, old world charm and comfortable. "

A special mention to one staff member who went above and beyond by making me a fresh cup of cappuccino; such personal touches make a big difference! The breakfast is paid, but it’s worth it. There’s a good selection of dishes catering to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, the combination of great service, thoughtful details, and convenient location made my stay extremely pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and excellent hospitality near the airport."
