"This was the best hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here...

"Great location just a 15 minute walk from St Marks Square, Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto Bridge, we had a fantastic 5 day visit so we were able to visit everything we wanted to see. For breakfast there is a lovely continental breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this hotel"
