"Room was clean. Bathroom, the most important thing, was clean. They don’t offer other than hand soap but that was ok. I am sad I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing! So nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed and ask. The bakery attached to the hotel offers delicious pastries, sandwiches and hot beverages. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and main roads for shopping, restaurants and cafes. I would def stay there again. "

"Phenomenal. Thanks to the lovely staff (extra thank you to Alice), wonderful facilities & the wonderful location. Not only are the rooms spotless but the terrace at the back looking over the lagoon even had a view of flamingos. Also at check out there was a genuine care & effort to help make my onward travel as smooth as possible."

"Great location although I suggest taking vaporeto to avoid the long walk from the train station with luggage. Rooms were extra clean and good size when compared to US standards. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options on the menue. Hotel is in the heart of Venice , making it extremely convenient to explore around."
