"We cannot express how pleased we were with our entire experience staying at The Hayden! We arrived around 8 am and were able to store our luggage until check in - when we came back, our bags had already been brought up to the room and we were offered complimentary welcome beverages! "It's nice location with good facilities and unique approach. However I noticed drop in the services in comparison with my visit last year. For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details"

"Ruby Zoe was a great place to stay for my husband and I. We did have to walk or bus to many main attractions, but we found many excellent restaurants and pubs in the area. I would recommend!"

"スーパーやコインランドリーも近くにあるので便利だった。ホテルはこじんまりとして建物の古さは感じた。部屋は1階エグゼクティブ（バリアフリータイプ）で広い部屋で清潔感もあり、エアコンもありシャワー、トイレも十分な水量があった。但しバリアフリータイプの部屋なのでシャワー室の床が平面で段差が無いためシャワーを使用するとトイレ部分も含めて床が水浸しとなるのは気になった。一階にコーヒーマシンが設置されており無料で美味しい各種コーヒー、紅茶が自由に飲めるのは良かった。フロントスタッフも親切で感じが良かった。但し、タオル交換をしてもらうため使用済みバスタオルを床に置いて出掛けたが帰ってきてみたらバスタオルがまたそのまま掛けてありタオル交換がされていないのではないかと疑問を感じた。したがってルーム清掃については不満は残ったがそれ以外は概ね満足のいくホテルだった。"

"Extreme climb in very hot weather to get into the apartment in 90 degree heat. This apartment would be very challenging for some older renters, but all else was fine. Great deck (cool in the intense heat - nice!) and all else very professional. Excellent location."

"Great location and simple check-in. The property was very clean and comfortable, with all the bits you'd need to feel at home. The only issue was the kettle that had a terrible leak, and the coffe machine was loud and tricky to operate."

"War jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und sollte ich wieder nach London reisen, sicher nicht das letzte Mal. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Tube Stationen, macht das Hotel also zu einem guten Startpunkt um London und Umgebung zu erkunden. "Beautiful building, great location. Safe and clean. My room was a bit of a squeeze, but otherwise it had all I needed for a 2 night stay. I was on the ground floor with a lovely double door exit to a pebble-stone courtyard (great for keeping the room refreshed)."
