"Premium priced but still so cheap they won’t clean your room. This restaurant is also way over-priced. In general it’s a curious urban dull-lit reception and bar area which will appeal to some. The surrounding area is not nice at all, don’t be misled by it being close to Notting Hill. I liked the pool although the gender neutral changing facilities is one trendy step too far for me. "

"Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. "

"We stayed here while seeing a concert at the Apollo and it was the perfect location for that! Very reasonably priced for London, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we got a triple room with 3 single beds which are quite hard to come by so that was ideal! The only downside is the road it’s on is very busy with constant traffic even through the night so it’s a little on the noisy side, I’d pack ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!"

"Good location just opposite the Olympia. Rooms were clean but staircases could have done with some vacuum cleaning. Could not get in the room until 15:15 despite it being ready on arrival at 14:00. So I had lunch first in the pub - which was nice - but apparently I should have got a 10% discount for having a room booked. The guy at reception told me this after I already paid the bill and could not retrospectively rectify this ..."

"Noise all the time in the corridor, was woken up every morning at 6am during a holiday because people were shouting in corridors. One night at 2am, a drunk person not staying at the hotel entered and was shouting and being aggressive. Hotel staff was not effective at intervening for more than half an hour, we had to intervene ourselves and the person started to get agressive with us. I do not recommend the property if you want a peaceful stay in Notting Hill, with reasonable service"

"Stayed 1 night after going to Wembley for an evening kick off. Staff were really friendly especially on the breakfast service. Hotel decor was excellent, room and bathroom spotless. Cracking nights sleep in a comfortable bed and the area around hotel was very very quiet at night so no disturbance. Bayswater Underground Station literally just round corner with 3 decent pubs in between. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another stay."

Dans la réalité ce n'est pas le cas : une petite vitre opaque que l'on ne peut pas ouvrir ! J'ai demandé à la réception à avoir une chambre idem à la photo du site : cela n'est pas possible ! - pas d'aération possible en chambre autre que la climatisation, fenêtre ne...
