Communication was clear to access the property and inquiries were responded to promptly. Plenty coffee shops across the road and a Tesco nearby. Easy walk to/from Waverly and the bus station. "
"Great apartment! Even nicer in person than I could have imagined from the photos, which already gave a good impression. Was pleasantly surprised to see my unit had two full bathrooms! For a one bedroom, that was awesome. Wish I could've stayed longer than a day, because it makes a nice retreat.
The base of the kitchen sink was the main thing noticeably dirty, which was unfortunate to see. But didn't take away from the whole experience. 15/1 and 15/2 have a deep stairway to get to the apt,...
"Excellent boutique hotel central to city for easy access. All staff were excellent and could not be faulted. Breakfast option far superior to your standard hotel buffets and the champagne added that extra special touch. Complimentary mini bar and snacks not you standard fare either and replenished daily. As a now resident on the East Coast this will be our go to for the regular overnights we need for the city essentials and shopping trips! "

It is close to transportation to the Royal Mike in an area of great restaurants, pubs and shopping. We had only one complaint the bed needs a new mattress and sofa. Otherwise, it is perfect."
"Great location in New Town with Old Town just few walkable minutes away. Tram & main train station nearby. Could enjoy Fringe, Tatoo, Film and Book festivals and come back to comfortable space.
