"The bed is incredibly comfortable. The rooms are clean and very quaint. The area around there is perfect in the sense that it is quiet, but there’s outstanding dining and you could walk to the older part of town. The only confusing part is that you need to check in by the iPad. This is easily figured out, but it does add a wrinkle after your transatlantic flight. I would definitely stay here again. "Excellent boutique hotel central to city for easy access. All staff were excellent and could not be faulted. Breakfast option far superior to your standard hotel buffets and the champagne added that extra special touch. Complimentary mini bar and snacks not you standard fare either and replenished daily. As a now resident on the East Coast this will be our go to for the regular overnights we need for the city essentials and shopping trips! "
"It was a little bit noisy with the traffic which seemed to start rom aroung 4am onwards but the accommodation was excellent and finished to a very high standard"

"Loved everything about this property. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff. I have nothing negative to say about this space. "

"Great location in New Town with Old Town just few walkable minutes away. Tram & main train station nearby. Could enjoy Fringe, Tatoo, Film and Book festivals and come back to comfortable space. Loved the secret garden. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Sonder Royal Garden!"

"We were very happy with this property. We had a last minute change to our plans and had to upgrade to a family room which happened smoothly. Great communication with the staff, easy check in and check out and a lovely and spacious clean apartment! Also a very nice location, not far from the train station and the city center. "
