"The staff was excellent. The room was extremely small. I was a little irritated to see on my final bill that I was charged for a coffee. I was sitting at the reception waiting for the manager to complete my bill when one part waiters offered me a cup of coffee, which I accepted. I didn’t ask for it, but I thought it was a nice gesture only to find I was charged 7 1/2 pounds for it. That was frustrating "

"Very nice clean room that fit 5 adults really well!! The beds were very comfortable! It was about a 15 to 20 minute walk to old town area and it wasn’t too bad. We would stay here again."

Didn’t need to see staff but they were available if we needed them’ Will repeat our stay and recommend to friends and family ."

"The location is excellent. Easy access to attractions by walking, train or car. The unit was very clean and stocked with all the dishes, towels and other necessities. The bed was described as a king size. I was told that this was a standard UK king size however we stayed in 10 different hotels on this trip and they all had large or what we call a king size bed.
