"The property is great. The room is cute and comfortable. The staff is so nice. The free coffee/tea/ water is great and they have a wine happy hour. The downside was the lobby was filled with people so there was nowhere for us to sit inside. It seemed like a lot of college students using their laptops and not hotel guests. "Lovely art deco styling, super-comfortable room, extremely well-located for 5th ave shopping, Times sq etc but super-quiet and also right near to subway to get everywhere, amazingly welcoming and helpful staff, cool cocktail bar and restaurant. What's not to love?!"
