"Loved staying here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas. The bars are fantastic and had some of the best service in NY. Bedding was super comfortable, and you could feel the quality in the linens. I would love to stay here again. Only complaint was trying to get the room to cool down after the heat had been on upon arrival (we Texans like it cold lol). Rooms were quiet and cozy. Perfect getaway."

"Nice room in an excellent location in the heart of Midtown. We had an executive queen suite with a sofabed, and it's a great price for a suite in Manhattan. It's not exactly a 1 BR suite, but there is a wall and bathroom separating the queen bed from the sofa bed area and that worked out for us and our teenager. The room was quiet away from street noise. The room was very clean, but the front door stuck a bit and was hard to open/close. The bathroom was a good size (but we don't understand why...

"First of all, the location of this hotel is amazing. Few minutes from penn station and a subway right at 28th station about 300ft from the hotel. The room was super clean and tidy, and staff are very friendly. Theres breakfast that at convenience cost, everything looked okay, but we skipped it. Definitely will come back again when we'll visit Manhattan again."

"Fantastic location. I was impressed by the comfort of the rooms, while small it had everything needed. I'm glad there were comfy beds. Coffee maker provided and that's a big plus! Was able to walk to Times Square, Union Square, Flat Iron building, Bryant Park and a few other places. Public transportation is close by. I definitely would stay there again. "
