"Everything was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I would say get breakfast next door at the William Tell. I dont take points away for the breakfast. Those poor souls that reheat the breakfast deserve our compassion. Real breakfast next door at William Tell"

"I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The shower in my room didn't work properly, which was very frustrating. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited—there was only cereal, muffins, a waffle maker, and a refrigerator with a jug of milk that didn't look very clean. I ended up skipping breakfast and going across the street to McDonald's instead. The location was convenient, but the room condition and breakfast quality did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again."

"During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. This place is actually so terrible the guy at the front was so rude to us and treated us like criminals accused us of stealing the TV remote when we declined it at check in. He also called us within us being in the room for less than 5 minutes saying we can't have more than 4 people in a room when we had some people waiting for their rides to come pick them up.
