"The good: very reasonable price, we felt safe enough, it was convenient to Midway Airport (15 minutes by car, straight up Cicero), and there are lots of food options nearby. The bad: the room was full of dark hairs, long and short, all over (our family is all blond, no chance it was us). The chairs had long strips of fabric hanging from them. "I didn't know we had to constantly ask for towels and washclothespecially. I thought cleaning would be done every day and a change of towels also. Unfortunately, they had problems with their pipes and had to shut off the water mid-morning. I wish they could have did that somewhere around the nighttime. While we were asleep that way, we wouldn't have had to worry about not being able to clean our bodies between 10 and 12 AM. Although they gave us a notice by the elevators, it was still alarming...
