"The hot tub faucets leaked and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room was very dark."

"This was a good option for our overnight stay to catch an early flight in Chicago the next morning. Both individuals working the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. Parking was free and it was not too far from Midway. The only downside was the hallway carpet looked like it could use a deep clean."

"The room was clean. The jets in the hot tub were not horribly dirty, but I wasn't comfortable using it. The steam room was nice after we figured out how to use it. This property is for sexy time. That is it. That is all. And for that, it could be fun. It has a motel feel to it. I think if it were updated, it could be much better. But the lighting was dim or red. Although the ladies at the front desk were wonderfully charming, I will not be back. I didn't expect the motel feeling."

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this hotel offers a clean and comfortable bed to rest up. The front desk Maria was excellent , asking the right question and got me signed up for Hilton membership so that I can get points. I have stayed at Hilton several times , and never asked that question. Only downside is breakfast starts late 6.30 and weekend 7.30. We already left for VB before it opens."

"The good: very reasonable price, we felt safe enough, it was convenient to Midway Airport (15 minutes by car, straight up Cicero), and there are lots of food options nearby. The bad: the room was full of dark hairs, long and short, all over (our family is all blond, no chance it was us). The chairs had long strips of fabric hanging from them. The bathroom door was dirty and didn't close. Even the door key they handed us was dirty. The room next door started a party at 9pm. At 5am someone...

"I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The shower in my room didn't work properly, which was very frustrating. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited—there was only cereal, muffins, a waffle maker, and a refrigerator with a jug of milk that didn't look very clean. I ended up skipping breakfast and going across the street to McDonald's instead. The location was convenient, but the room condition and breakfast quality did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again."

"Not luxurious at all. The room was dingy and felt dirty. The shower floor looked like a dorm room shower floor that had never been cleaned. Many things were broken or didn’t work. Paint peeling off of outlets and just looked like it needed major updating overall. The best part was that we had a man outside in his car all night (who was assumed to be a staff member) in his vehicle blaring music. When we called to report this, the staff member at the front was very sweet and prompt at going out...
