Conveniently located near Costco, IKEA, grocery store and restaurants. But having stayed at the hotel before, it now seemed in need of an update. Not all staff had the same standards of friendliness and service.

We didn’t realize the hotel was under construction. When we booked thru Expedia there was no mention of the construction going on. Initially we got a room that wasn’t cleaned properly. The room had candy wrappers that should have been discarded in the ice bucket. The front desk attendant Alonso wasn’t courteous. We got another room but he wasn’t very courteous nor did he apologize. Eventually a manager came out and apologized to us and the rest of our visit in our 2nd room was ok.

I love everything about the hotel, just few crawling ants on the table. Fumigation is needed. Other than that, I had an excellent stay at the hotel, and staff were awesome
