"Extremely friendly, helpful and accomodatig staff. The breakfast was spectacular and tasty. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary early check in and breakfast! Our room had a lot of space and very interesting decor. The roof top terrace, where we had an amazing breakfast buffet every morning, had a breathtaking view on the sea and a city. I would consider this hotel for our next time in Istanbul. "

"Our room was modern with a lovely bathroom, large and comfortable bed, and large windows that allowed the fresh air and sunlight come in. The staff are particularly warm, professional, and deliver excellent service. The hotel is on a small cobble stone street, about a 15 minute walk to the main tourist sites, and there are several cafes nearby. The welcome beverage and cold towel service was a very nice touch! "Great location on the Asian side. Easy access to boats, subway, all transportation. The views from water facing rooms are amazing. The hotel is now a little dated, can use an upgrade. New towels would be nice. And the hotel needs to have luggage racks. Every year I stay here and ask for a luggage rack to open my suitcase on; not a great experience to keep suitcase on the floor with all your clothes; but they do not have it. "
