Great, friendly, caring staff

Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us.

Cette hôtel est probablement une ancienne résidence, avec des appartements… C’est sans doute fiscalement plus intéressant de louer des appartements que des chambres d’hôtel en Italie, mais je ne suis pas expert ! Sinon, les appartements sont plutôt grands, mais un peu vieillots. Le service est sympathique,. Les abords ne sont pas très beaux, ni très bien entretenus!

Gute Lage zur City, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr viel Platz in der Unterkunft. Zimmer leider sehr renovierungsbedürftig und nicht gut geputzt. Fernseher ging nicht obwohl zwei in der Unterkunft vorhanden werden, Service vom Haus war vor Ort konnte aber auch nichts ausrichten. kein Rabatt obwohl ohne Fernseher! das ist eigentlich unter 2* Niveau.

Great stay!

Great stay at the property. We arrived around 10:30am, welcomed by the front desk staff and was able to enter the room right away. The room is spacious, separate living room and bedroom with many storage places. Large balcony. The front desk staff Simona was extremely professional, very helpful and always smile. Free parking on the site. The property outside door is closed during the night makes it even more safe and secure. Great stay!!

Luogo senzioso contornato da palazzi abbandonati con vetri rotti che fanno una pessima impressione all'arrivo..Ottima accoglienzai. Rispetto regole covid ottimo. Stanza adeguata ma con divani poltrone con tapezzeria macchiati segno di trascuratezza. Letto confortevole. Ottima prima colazione.
