We has some maintenance issues at home; House was at 58 degrees when we arrived and A/C was still running. We turned to OFF, and then tried to get heat to kick on, but it never would. "Parking was safe and easy. Villa was large and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is lovely. The water slide needs to be fixed. Kids kept getting stuck and had to walk or crawl out. This could be dangerous. The gaming center is in the corner of a small rec/activities office so they are practically standing on top of the staff to play the Wii and the Xbox is broken. My older kids were really disappointed. "
